摘要
传统的大货车后视镜静态检测难以反映大货车后视镜视野的真实工作状态。通过分析大货车后视镜视野的影响因素,提出建立大货车后视镜动态视野检测体系。该体系由不同路况盲点检测体系、影响后视镜视野力学性能检测体系组成,以全面检测大货车后视镜工作状态的视野盲点区域,最后提出了一种综合测试大货车在复杂路况下的后视镜视野及影响其力学特性的测试台设计思路。
The traditional ways of detection of the heavy lorry′s rearview mirror is hard to reflect the visual field of its working condition.This paper analyzes factors influencing the visual field of the lorry′s rearview mirror,and advises to construct the dynamic detection system of heavy lorry rearview mirror,which is composed of blind-side detection system on different road conditions and mechanics performance detection system on the factors of rearview mirror.Therefore,the system authentically reflects the visual field of heavy lorry′s rearview mirror in working condition and brings forward a idea to design comprehensively test bench for measuring the visual field of the heavy lorry′s rearview mirror in the complicated road conditions and its mechanics characteristics.
