摘要
目的探讨B-lynch缝合术在预防剖宫产产后出血中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年6月至2012年2月有剖宫产产后出血高危因素的患者50例,25例术中常规施行B-lynch缝合术设为研究组,随机选择同期相同条件患者25例设为对照组。对比两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后2、24h出血量、产后出血发生率。结果两组手术时间及术中出血量无显著性差异(P>0.05),研究组术后2、24h出血量、产后出血发生率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 B-Lynch缝合术操作简单,并发症少,是预防剖宫产产后出血的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of B-Lynch suture technique in Preventing postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis the 50 patients who had postpartum hemorrhage risk factors from June 2010 to February 2012. 25 patients practiced B-Lynch suture during ce- sarean section as research group, and take the same period, 25 cases in similar conditions as control group. Eval- uated the operation time, the amount of bleeding in operation, 2 hours,24 hours after the operation, and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage. Results There was no statistic significance in the operation time and the amount of bleeding in operation between the two groups （P 〉0. 05 ）. The amount of bleeding 2 hours,24 hours after the operation and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the research group were less than that of the control group. The difference were significant. Conclusion B-Lynch suture technique is a method which is more simply operated, has fewer complications and has availability to prevent the Postpartum hemorrhage.
