摘要
目的:探讨Notch1、Notch3在唾液腺导管癌的表达及意义。方法:收集2005年6月—2011年6月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的21例唾液腺导管癌患者,以免疫组化方法检测Notch1、Notch3在唾液腺导管癌中的表达,以20例腮腺多形性腺瘤和20例瘤旁正常腮腺组织作为对照。应用SPSS 13.0软件包对数据进行χ2检验。结果:Notch1、Notch3在唾液腺导管癌组织中的表达显著高于腮腺多形性腺瘤组织和正常腮腺组织,在腮腺多形性腺瘤组织中的表达显著高于正常腮腺组织,两两比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。2种蛋白的表达水平与唾液腺导管癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤原发部位、面神经症状、肿瘤临床分期与淋巴结是否转移之间无明显联系。结论:Notch1、Notch3可能与唾液腺导管癌的致病机制有关。
PURPOSE: To investigate expressions of Notch1 and Notch3 in salivary duct carcinoma and explore their associations with the clinicopathological features.METHODS: Expression of Notch1 and Notch3 was analyzed in 21 salivary duct carcinoma samples,20 normal parotid tissues and 20 pleomorphic adenoma of salivary gland by immunohistochemistry.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13.0 software package.RESULTS: Notch1 and Notch3 protein was significantly up-regulated in salivary duct carcinoma samples compared with normal parotid tissues and pleomorphic adenoma of salivary gland.The difference of weighted scores between these three groups was significant(P0.05).No correlation of Notch1 and Notch3 protein expression was found with any tumor clinicopathological parameters,such as age,gender,tumor site and symptom of nerve,clinical stage and cervical lymph node metastasis.CONCLUSIONS: The disorder of Notch signaling may be associated with pathogenesis of salivary duct carcinoma.
