摘要
文博档案的编研工作十分重要,档案编研工作的业务能力更是非常重要。我们不但要提高对此问题重要性的认识,更要在工作实践中体现出来。本文借鉴古代史家的"三长"之说,充分论证了档案编研工作者应如何提高本专业所需的思想素质、工作原则、业务能力和水平。
File compilation is very important, the operational capacity of the archives compilation is very important. We should not only notice the importance of this issue, but also be reflected in practical work. Based on the theory of＂Three Advantages＂, argues the Ideological quality, working principles, business ability that file compilation required.
