摘要
为了开展古城油田泌浅10区注蒸汽开采后转热水驱试验,了解注热水沿程热损失的分布情况,开展了地面、井筒沿程各节点热损失研究,主要分析了地面管线保温层厚度、材料、不同季节、不同热水流量以及井筒隔热、注热水时间等对沿程温度的影响,提出了最佳的地面管线保温和井筒隔热参数,优选确定了四个注热水井组各节点的温度值,为下步工程方案设计提供了理论依据。
In order to carry out hot water flooding test after steam injection in BQ-10 block of Gucheng oilfield,it is necessary to make clear the distribution status of heat loss.Therefore,the study on heat loss calculation by water injcetion has been carried out.The factors,such as the thickness of the ground line thermal insulation layer,its materials,in different seasons,different hot water flow,wellbore heat insulation and water flooding time,on influencing temperatures during the process have been mainly analyzed.In the end,the optimal ground line temperature and insulation parameters of wellbore have been put forward and four temperature values of each node during hot water flooding have been determined,which provides theory basis for engineering design in the next step.
