摘要
2004年以来,每年的中央一号文件都锁定农业,始终把农业放在党和政府工作的重中之重地位。2012年中央一号文件把加快推进农业科技创新,持续增强农产品供给保障能力作为主要任务。基于国家对农业科技创新的偏重,认真分析农业科技创新在建立农业增长长效机制,保障我国粮食安全,推动农业增产、农民增收、农村繁荣等方面的作用,并结合实际,提出未来工作的着力点。
Agriculture has consistently been a top priority on the government agenda since 2004. The No. 1 Document of year 2012 has listed boosting agricultural technological innovations and increasing support capacity in agricultural products as the major tasks for the year. This article makes analysis on the functions of agricultural innovations in ensuring long-term growth in agriculture, ensuring food safety, increasing grain yields and farmers＂ income, and achieving rural prosperity.
