摘要
结合我国北方旱作农业的特点和农艺技术要求,研究设计了可一次完成旋耕灭茬、垄体深松、起垄作业的1LZG-280型多功能耕整联合作业机。介绍机具的总体设计方案,探讨机具传动形式、传动比、切削速度、刀齿进给量的计算与确定。
In view of the features of drying farming in northern China and its agronomic requirements, 1LZG-280 multifunctional plowing and tillage machine is designed which is capable of accomplishing the tasks of rotary tillage and cleaning stubbles, subsoiling, and ridging all at once. This article deals with the overall design plan, the transmission models, transmission ratio, as well as the calculations and determinations of cutting speed, and the load of the cutter tooth.
