摘要
结合新形势,围绕高校和谐领导班子建设的现实核心问题,探讨其中的理论问题,提出高校和谐领导班子理论建设的全局性、战略性、紧迫性、矛盾性,在内涵界定、规律探索、主体发现、关联研究等方面进行了探微。
Centering on the core problems in constructing a harmonious leadership in colleges and universities according to the current situation in China,we addressed the theoretic problem,and its globality,strategy,urgency and contradiction in the paper.The different theoretic aspects such as the definition of the connotation,exploration of the laws,the finding of the subjects and the correlative researches are examined in detail.
