摘要
文章分析了海盐生产单元制卤扬水设备启动装置耗电、设备磨损严重、操作不灵活的现状、阐述了扬水设备配电启动装置改进的必要性,并对提高工作效率,节能降耗,安全环保方面进行了理论分析,启动装置改进后实现了增强制卤能力、稳定海盐产能、提高工作效率、省电节能、降低海盐生产成本的目的。
Current situation of the power consumption, serious worn and opeeration ineffectively for pumping service in brine making unit is analyzed. It is showed that the modification of starting device for pumping is necessary. That how to improve working efficiency, save energy and reduce cost, protect environment is described. It can decrease that salt making capacity, stabilize sea salt productivity, improve working efficiency, save electricity power and reduce the cost and sea salt product.
