重视颈椎融合术操作细节,合理开展颈椎非融合技术 被引量:1

Emphasis on surgical details of cervical spine fusion technique, and reasonable performence of nonfusion surgical techniques

摘要 自20世纪50年代末以来,Fernstrom等学者先后在临床开展了颈椎非融合技术,由于假体设计的内在缺陷等,上述尝试性工作并未形成序贯性研究及临床推广。至本世纪初,随着Bryan、Prestige ST等假体的成功研发和临床应用,经过近十年的不断发展,颈椎人工椎间盘假体设计理念趋向成熟,颈椎人工椎间盘临床应用患者不断增加;而且早期的临床随访研究显示颈椎人工椎间盘置换(ADR)具有良好的临床治疗效果,逐渐成为治疗颈椎退变性疾病的重要临床选择之一。
