摘要
[目的]探讨富马酸比索洛尔（洛雅）联合清肝降压胶囊治疗高血压患者舒张压（DBP）增高的机制和疗效.[方法]选择DBP持续在中度以上水平的高血压患者86例,随机分为两组,每组43例,接受洛雅联合清肝降压胶囊治疗的患者为观察组,维持原治疗方案的为对照组,观察周期为12周,比较两组患者血压的变化.[结果]两组患者在治疗前的DBP和收缩压（SBP）水平相比较均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组均能显著降低患者SBP水平（P〈0.05）,且观察组能显著降低患者DBP水平（P0.05）.[结论]洛雅联合清肝降压胶囊对DBP持续在中度以上水平不降低的高血压患者疗效确切.
[Objective]To explore the mechanism and efficacy of bisoprolol fumarate（Luoya） combined with Qingganjiangya capsule for the treatment of diastolic blood pressure（DBP） increasing in the patients with hypertension. [Methods] Totally 86 hypertensive patients with DI3P above the moderate level continuously were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group. The observation group received Luoya combined with Qingganjiangya capsule. The control group received the original treatment protocol. The observation period was 12 weeks. The change of blood pressure was compared between two groups. [Results]There was no significant difference in DBP and systolic blood pressure（SBP） before treatment between two groups（ P 〉0.05）. After treatment, SBP in two groups markedly decreased（ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, DBP in the observation significantly decreased（ P 〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in DBP of control group （ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Luoya combined with Qingganjiangya capsule for the treatment of hypertensive patients with DBP above moderate level continuously is effective.
