摘要
基于对山东省青岛平度市白埠镇H和X 2个行政村实地调研的基础上,对当地农民对培训资源的获取现状与需求进行了分析和探讨,结果显示:尽管农民的培训需求强烈且表现出多元化趋势,但是多数农民仍游离于培训资源的边缘,"知行脱节"现象比较严重。最后针对改善当地农民对培训资源的获取状态,提出了相关建议。
According to the questionnaire survey in H and X villages in Baibu ＇Town ot Pingdu City in Qingdao ot Shandong Province, the larm- ers＇ acquisition and demand of training resources were analyzed and discussed. As indicated by the results, although the farmers＇ demand for training is strong and diversified, most farmers are still in a marginalized state in the training resources, serious inconsistence exists in what they learned and done. Based on the above, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the farmers＇ acquisition status of training resources.
