摘要
[目的]测定黔东南林区野生苗药一朵云的微量元素的的含量,为该地苗药资源开发和利用提供依据。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素锌、铁、镍、铜的含量。[结果]样品中微量元素锌、铁、镍和铜的含量分别为41.40、587.42、2.31和5.91mg/kg。[结论]苗药一朵云中含有适量的微量元素,值得进一步开发利用。
[ Objective ] The aim was to determine the contents of trace elements in Botrychium ternatum of Miao medicine produced from the for- est region in southeastern Guizhou Province, and provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of Miao medicine. [ Method] Contents of Zn, Fe, Ni and Cu in the samples were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS). [ Result ] The contents of the trace el- ements of Zn, Fe, Ni and Cu in the samples were 41.40,587.42, 2.31 and 5.91 mg/kg, respectively. [ Conclusion ] Botrychium ternatum con- tained appropriate amount of trace elements, thus it is worthy to be developed and utilized.
