摘要
目的考察复方甘草黄酮乳膏的稳定性。方法分别采用离心试验,耐寒、耐热试验考察复方甘草黄酮乳膏的初步稳定性,采用加速试验、室温留样试验考察其稳定性。结果该乳膏膏体稳定,其性状、pH值、伸展性及阿魏酸含量等均符合规定。结论复方甘草黄酮乳膏的性质稳定。
Objective To study the stability of compound glycyrrhiza flavonoid cream.Methods Centrifuge tests and cold,heat tests were used to study the initial stability of compound glycyrrhiza flavonoid cream.Accelerated testing as well as sample test at room temperature were used to study its stability.Results The cream paste stability,its characteristics,pH,stretch and ferulic acid all met the requirements.Conclusion The compound glycyrrhiza flavonoid cream has a good stability.
