摘要
通过对全国第七届城市运动会"匹克杯"U16女子篮球赛中福州女篮的技术统计与分析,对个人的攻防能力和全队的攻防特点及全队攻防能力进行了评价,认为福州女篮在篮球整体技术上表现出"快"、"准"、"灵"的篮球新风格的特点。进攻组织和战术运用熟练,整体性强;高强度的压迫性防守、积极的拼抢,既有效地创造合理的投篮空位,又充分发挥每一个人的最大能力。
Through a series of technical statistics and analysis, the essay evaluates offense and defense capacities of individuals and teams, as well as the team＇ s characteristics of Fuzhou women basketball team which took part in the 7th National Intercity Games ＂PEAK CUP＂ （U16}. The author believes that the Fuzhou women basketball team has a new style in its overall technique -- ＂fast, accurate and agile＂. The characteristics of this new style are： strong integrity and proficiency at the offense and tactics; the high - intensity pressure defense and positive re- hound, which would effectively create reasonable shot vacancies and give full play to the maximum capacity of each basketball player.
