摘要
随着世界经济的快速增长,环境问题日益严重,特别是温室气体排放已成为全球关注的焦点。低碳经济模式认定为应对全球气候问题,实现经济可持续发展的有效途径。其中碳交易为促进全球温室气体减排,尤其是减少全球二氧化碳排放提供了有效的市场运作机制。中国作为世界上最大、经济发展最快的发展中国家坚持走低碳经济的发展道路是实现"调结构、转方式"必由之路。为此,中国应争取掌握交易市场的是价权;构筑自主创新体系;战略性调结构与转方式。
dWith the rapid developiment of the world edonomy,the environment problem is more and more serious,and greenhouse gas emission has become the focus of global attention.Low carbon econmy will be effective way to acheve sustainable economic dcvelopment. ： Carbon tradingprovides an effective marke mechanism to reduce global e missions of greenhouse gas especially carbon dioxide .China, the world＇s largest fastest growing economies in devoloping countries must take the path of low-carbon economy. In the present paper in order provide theoretical support, the essentmhty for China to parhmpate m global carbon trading was anhlyzed by using equilibrun theory. The strategies for China to face global carbon trading challenge and measurea for China to participate in wo,ld carbon trading are proposed.
