摘要
本文对我国目前建筑节能围护结构热工性能综合评定方法进行比较,以重庆市新、旧居住建筑节能设计标准所采用的不同评定方法,以工程项目为实例进行对比分析,并用doe-2为内核热工计算软件对体形系数、窗墙面积比、外墙平均传热系数进行模拟,提出不同热工性能综合评定方法在建筑节能设计中影响节能率的不同,为设计人员在建筑节能设计中提供参考。
By comparing the existing comprehensive evaluation methods on thermal performance of palisade structure,analyzing the contrast between the different evaluation methods adopted by new and old residential energy-saving standard based on actual projects and simulating the shape coefficient,area ratio of window to wall and average heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall with doe-2 as the kernel thermal calculation software,the author presents the different influence on the energy-saving ratio of different comprehensive evaluation methods on thermal performance in hope of providing some references for the designers in the building energy efficiency design.
