摘要
要弄清职工文化的概念,首先须分辨它和另外一些文化概念,如工会文化、社会文化及企业文化之区别。真正的职工文化,应是那些启发职工直面自己需求、明确自己发展方向以及认识其肩负使命、用以规范自己言行的活动,是那些用以提高职工自身文化素质与生理素质、更好适应社会的活动。概而言之,是那些用以反映职工心理、满足职工精神与物质需要的活动。
If we want to distinguish the concept of staff′s culture,we must analyze.It is different from the other cultural concept such as culture of trade union,social culture,and culture of enterprise.The real staff′s culture should be the activities which can inspire the staff to face up to their own demands,to clarify their own direct of development,to know their responsibilities.It should be the activities which can improve the staff′s cultural quality,physical quality,and ability to adapt to the society.All in all,it should be the activities which can reflect the staff′s psychology.In the meanwhile,it can meet the spiritual and physical need of the staff.
