摘要
采用高压微波消解-原子吸收分光光度法测定了药材青黛中微量元素铜和钴的含量,分别为:12.90μg/g和29.02μg/g;在水煮条件下,青黛中的铜和钴元素的浸出率分别为:16.7%和12.5%。本文测定青黛及其浸出物中铜和钴元素含量具有准确度高,回收率好的优点,对于青黛作为药材的药理研究和用量控制具有积极意义。
Microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used for the determination of the speci- ation analysis of trace elements in Indigo naturalis. The content of Cu and Co was 12.90 and 29.02, respectively. Mean- while, 16.7% of Cu and 12.5% of Co were dissolved into the water under hot bathing condition.
