摘要神经内分泌癌属神经内分泌细胞瘤（amine precursor up-take and decarboxylation,APUD）肿瘤或神经内分泌肿瘤,是不常见的肿瘤,发生率约1.5/10万。其多发生于支气管、消化道、胰腺等部位。临床上发现的肝脏神经内分泌癌多为肠道、胰腺等处转移所致,原发的罕见。
