摘要
新时期高校学生工作面临诸多挑战,如何建立一支高素质、高水平的辅导员队伍以应对各种挑战,成为当前高校学生工作的重要任务。积极建立高校辅导员后备队伍不仅可以扩大辅导员队伍的人员规模,强化辅导员队伍的组织建设,还可以促进辅导员队伍的专业化建设,推动辅导员的职业化发展,因此成为高校学生工作的新探索和新趋势。
College students faces many challenges in new period,how to build a high-quality,high-level team of counselors to cope with various challenges is the important task of the current college students.Actively establishing the team of college counselors can not only expand the scale of the staff of counselors,strengthen the organizational construction of counselors,but also promote the professionalization of counselors and promote the professional development of counselors,and thus become new exploration and new trends of college student work.
