摘要
目的:探讨家庭式健康教育对老年糖尿病疗效的影响。方法:将年龄≥60岁的Ⅱ型糖尿痛患者74例随机分为试验组37例,对照组37例,试验组由护士进行家庭式健康教育,对照组进行一般的健康教育。结果:试验组患者接受家庭式健康教育后,不良生活习惯地改正、治疗依从性、血糖控制明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过家庭式健康教育,促进老年糖尿病患者不良生活习惯地改正,提高患者的治疗依从性,有效得控制血糖,提高了疗效,预防并发症的发生。
Objective：Discussion on the impact of family health education on the effect of the elder＇s diabetic efficacy.Methods：74 patients with typeⅡ diabetes（aged≥60） were divided into two groups randomly and equally,which were the experimental group with 37 patients and control group with 37 patients.The experimental group was treated with the family health education by nurses;the control group,on the other hand,was treated with general health education.Results：After the family health education,the experimental patients have shown a better correction of bad habits,treatment compliance and blood glucose control than the controlling patients（P0.05）.Conclusion：The family health education has promoted the correction of the bad habits of elderly diabetics,improved their treatment compliance and effectively controlled their blood glucose.Moreover,this education has improved the efficacy and prevented the incidence of complications.
