摘要 汽车悬架间隙必须保持在一定的范围之内,才能保证汽车正常行驶。现有的悬架间隙检测装置运动单一,检测不全面,不能实现自动化检测。因此,应用SolidWorks软件设计了汽车悬架间隙三自由度自动化检测台。利用三个液压缸的伸缩带动上台板的运动,可实现沿x、y轴移动以及绕z轴转动,使间隙暴露更加全面,测量结果更加准确。介绍了检测台的整体结构以及工作原理与工作过程。该检测台能够快速准确的完成对汽车悬架间隙的检测,对保证车辆的安全性具有重要意义。 In order to ensure the normal running of automobile,the suspension clearance must be kept within set limits.Nevertheless the available detection device for suspension clearance is singularity in motion with incomplete detection and unable to realize automatic detection.Therefore a 3DOF automation tester for automobile suspension clearance was designed with the application of the SolidWorks platform.The extension and contraction of three hydraulics is applied to drive counter top to move,so that the tester can move along x axis、y axis and rotate around z axis.The clearance could be revealed completely and the measuring result is more accurate.The tester's holistic structure,working principle and working process have been described.The tester can be used to test suspension clearance of automobile rapidly and exactly,which is significant for safeguarding the automobile's safety.
