摘要
学生管理工作是高等学校工作的重心和中心,它关系到学生的全面发展和健康成长,关系到教育工作的成败和国家人才战略的实施。文章在分析当前高校学生管理特点和难点的基础上,提出了要多管齐下优化高校学生管理,增强工作实效性的观点。
Managing the college students is the focus and key work in higher education,which is relevant to the students＇ overall development and healthy growing,and to the success of education course and carrying out the national talent-strategies.The paper analyzes the features of current college students and puts forward the view that teachers should optimize the management for college students to improve the effectiveness of work.
