摘要
目的:研究高血压脑出血的最佳手术治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析本院采取三种不同术式治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床效果。结果:接受颅骨钻孔抽吸引流术患者术后GCS评分显著优于接受大骨瓣开颅清除术患者,P<0.05。结论:手术方式的选择应本着微创结合患者特征与术式适应症的原则进行。
Objective： To study the best surgical treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical effects of taking three different surgical treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Result： GCS score after surgery of patients receiving burr holes suction drainage is conspicuous better than patients receiving large craniotomy dissection,P0.05. Conclusion： Choice of surgical approach should be based on the principle of minimally invasive combined with patient characteristics and surgical indications to carry out.
