联醇催化剂还原技术的发展

摘要 论述了联醇催化剂升温还原的基本原理,对还原理论出水量和实际出水量进行了计算,重点介绍了2种还原方法——低氢还原法和高氢还原法的操作注意事项及特点。低氢还原法注重催化剂的还原质量,高氢还原法注重催化剂的还原效率,2者各有特点,联醇生产企业可选择性加以采用。 The basic principle for catalyst reduction in methanol co-production plant is introduced,followed by calculation on theoretically discharged water and actually discharged water during reduction.The two kinds of reduction method,low hydrogen reduction and high hydrogen reduction,are introduced in detail,including the cautions in operation and characteristics,low hydrogen reduction mainly paying attention to reduction quality,high hydrogen reduction mainly to efficiency,which one is better depends on plants′ actual conditions.
