摘要
用水热氧化法合成出单相CoxFe3xO4磁性纳米晶,采用XRD、SEM、IR表征产物。研究了水热合成条件及组成变化对产物物相、结构和粒度的影响。结果表明,较好的水热氧化法合成条件是:前驱物为沉淀,采用MDB工艺,pH9.0~10.0,80~90℃,2~3MPa,2~3h,搅拌速度300~400rmin。产物烧结温度为500~600℃,时间为3h。
Co xFe 3 x O 4(0≤x≤1) nano crystals were synthesized by hydrothermal oxidization method.The effects of hydrothermal conditions and compound compositions on phases, structures and grain size of the products were studied.The results indicated that better hydrothermal oxidization conditions are pH 9.0~10.0,80~90℃,2~3 MPa,2~3 h,stirring rate 300~400 r/min and using MDB process. The products were sintered at 500~600℃,3 h.
