摘要
北京南礼士路19号危旧房改造工程不同部位外墙装饰采用陶土板、铝板幕墙。陶土板耐久、抗腐蚀、不褪色。施工中对测量放线和预埋件、钢龙骨、避雷装置、导水板、保温层安装等项目制定了施工方案和技术措施,装饰效果良好。
In the dilapidated houses and old house rebuilding project at No.19 on Nanlishi Road of Beijing, ceramic plate curtain wall and aiuminium plate curtain wall are used to decorate different positions on external wall. Ceramic plate is durable, corrosion resistant and fadeless. Construction schemes and technical measures are established for survey line setting and installation of pre-embedded components, steel joist, lightning conductor, water-guiding plate and insulation layer, etc. Favorable decorative effects are realized.
