摘要
为加强对持证采砂船只采砂活动的监管,提出一款成本适中、功能实用、安装于持证采砂船只上的船载监控终端,该装置支持定点、定时、定功率开采监控及采砂量无线远传功能,可对采砂过程实施有效监视、控制。该船载监控终端支持数据存储转发功能,保证了无线通信的可靠性。监控终端采用的低功耗设计策略,提高了装置硬件平台的可靠性。
To strengthen the supervision on sand-excavation of licensed dredge practical monitoring terminal device installed on licensed dredge. The terminal , we proposed a moderate cost and device is capable of monitoring with functions of fixed-point, fixed-time, and fixed-power as well as wireless transmission of sand amount. We presented the research and development of this device in terms of microcontroller, GPS function circuit, flow monitoring circuit, GPS module, and low power-consumption design. The terminal device supports data storage and forwarding which improve the reliability of wireless transmission, and the low power-consumption design guarantees the stability of the hardware platform.
