摘要 针对某区域供电网络,辨识电网潜在风险,通过对继电保护及安全自动装置原理进行分析,提出适当地改造小电源解列装置、备自投装置逻辑、调整优化继电保护定值配合原则来控制电网风险,可避免和减少事故及其损失。该方法简单有效地避免了双侧电源单回链110 kV变电站失压事故的发生,提高了电网供电可靠性。 For the power supply network in a certain area,the potential risk is identified,and by analyzing principles of relay protection and security automatic equipment, method which includes the modification of small power source sectionalizing equipment and the logic of spare power automatic switching equipment, and the adjustment and optimization of matching principles of relay protection is proposed to control risk of power grid to avoid and reduce accidents and corresponding losses. The proposed method is simple and effective which can avoid losing power accident in 110 kV substation with dual power supply and single chain loop and thus improve power supply reliability.
