摘要
采用实验、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,运用合作倾向自评量表和社会适应能力自评量表,探讨拓展训练项目对高职学生隐性职业素养养成的影响。结果发现:实验组大学生在团队合作倾向(包容性、互惠性和合群意愿三维度)、适应能力等素养明显优于对照组大学生。表明:拓展训练能有效提升大学生的职业素养,是高职院校大学生职业素养培养的有效途径。
With the methods of experiment,questionnaire,statistical,and applied Capacity of Cooperation Scale and Capactiy of Social Adaptablity Scale,this paper discusses the influence of expending training upon cultivating students' potential professional qualities in High Vocational Schools.The result showed that students' capacity of cooperation(toleration,reciprocity,gregarious disposition) and capacity of adaptability in experimental group are obviously better than students in contral group.It's indicated that the expanding training can effectively promote the students' potential professional qualities.Expanding training is a effective way of cultivating students' professional qualities in High Vocational Schools.
