摘要
梁河县地处云南西部边陲,经济社会发展滞后,属典型的边疆多山农业县,是德宏州唯一一个国家级贫困县。梁河县农业发展长期滞后,具有客观和主观因素。文章具体分析了梁河县农业发展的主要制约因素,提出了解决问题的相应对策,旨在为促进梁河县农业发展迈向一条现代、高效、可持续发展的道路提供参考意见。
Lianghe is located in the western frontier of Yunnan and is mountainous agricultural country. Its economic and social development lagged. It is the only one national-level poverty-stricken county in Dehong prefecture. There are objective and subjective factors. This article specifically analyzes the main factors constraining agricultural development of Lianghe, and proposes to solve the problems, hoping to providing reference for promoting the agricultural development of Lianghe advance to modern, effective, and sustainable development.
