摘要
针对油气管网分布偏远,传统无线网络又不能覆盖,以至于管道腐蚀完整性信息不能及时监测的问题,提出了基于北斗通信卫星的油气管网阴极保护无人监控系统;针对阴极保护特点采用ARM系列的STM32VC和SRD-1数据采集模块实现主从双通道数据采集模块,采用SD卡实现接口模块和采用太阳能光伏发电系统作为供电系统;提出了基于北斗卫星+Internet+VPN的安全传输方式以及基于插件的开放式远程中心软件架构,实现了功能模块的扩充;实验表明,系统在采集的可靠性、稳定性、供电系统方面以及安全方面都得到较大提升;系统在兰成渝管网保护应用中效果明显,大大提高了管道完整性安全。
In view of remote distribution of oil--gas pipeline, unuse of tradition wireless network, Unmanned SCADA system for oilgas pipeline cathodic protection based on beidou Satellite was presented. Firstly, Master--slave dual channel data acquistion module was im- plemented by STM32VC and SRD- 1, interface module was designed with SD card and solar energy PV power system was provided for the syslern; Secondly, Internet +VPN transmission on F, eidou satellite and open--remote center architecture based on plugin were put forward to realize the extension of functions; Finally, the technologies was applied to the pipeline protection of lan--cheng--yu pipelines and improved the security of pipeline integration.
