摘要
[目的]研究了硝磺草酮的危险性。[方法]采用差示扫描量热-热重分析(DSC-TG)研究硝磺草酮的热分解情况,并对其燃烧特性进行了研究。[结果]分析和研究结果表明:硝磺草酮氧平衡值为-129.7,潜在燃爆危险性。干品硝磺草酮放热分解温度为170℃,分解导致热失控的危险性较高。干品硝磺草酮室温下具有堆积燃烧特性,物料温度达到50℃时,10 s内火焰传播距离达到100 mm,建议硝磺草酮以湿品形式储运。
[Aims] The handling hazard of mesotrione was researched in this paper. [Methods] The thermal stability of mesotrione was tested by using differential scanning calorimetry-thermal gravimetric (DSC-TG), and its combustion properties was researched as well. [Results] The conclusion was that the oxygen balance of mesotrione was -129.7 with potential combustible and explosive properties. Dry mesotrione decomposition temperature was 170 ~C and with higher risk of thermal runaway. Dry mesotrione exhibited train-firing properties at ambient temperature. The combustion propagated fully along 100 mm of the train in a time of 10 seconds when its temperature reached 50℃. It was recommended to store and transport mesotrione with the form of water wet paste.
