摘要
探讨了加强高职高专院校"班导师"队伍机制的建设,从选拔、培训、考核、激励,以及保障和发展等几个方面论述了高职高专院校"班导师"队伍的机制建设,以充分发挥广大班导师的作用,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,使"班导师"制度在培养高素质创新型人才的伟大事业中发挥更加重要作用。
This paper discusses how to strengthen the mechanism construction of ＂class tutors＂ staff in higher vocational colleges. It discusses its construction from several aspects from selection, training, exam, stimulation, guarantee and development. It can fully play the function of class tutors to strengthen and improve the work of ideological and political education for college students, so that the system of ＂class tutors＂ can play more important role in cultivating high-quality innovative talents.
