摘要
随着大型建筑结构越来越复杂,如何保障安全、快速、有序地疏散人群,已经成为政府和大型建筑管理部门的一项重要职责.进行基于GIS的大型公共建筑突发事件实时数据采集与可视化研究,可以模拟优化突发事件实时动态蔓延过程,优化各种突发事件条件下最有应急疏散策略,为政府有关部门在城市建设和城市防灾减灾提供科学依据.
In recent years, large-scale structures have become more and more complicated. How to protect the security and evacuate the people rapidly and orderly becomes an important responsibility of the government and large construction management. The design of visual research and realime data acquisition of the emergency in large public buildings based on GIS, achieve a realistic simulation, optimize the optimal response under emergency evacuation strategy, provide a scientific basis for government departments in urban development and urban disaster prevention and mitigation.
