摘要
中国石油抚顺石化公司乙烯化工厂聚乙烯装置溶液预热器(E-EA-105)周期性堵塞是聚乙烯装置长周期运行的一大瓶颈。针对溶液预热器自装置开工以来经常堵塞的原因进行分析,并根据具体原因采取一系列的措施,经过相关人员的探索,终于在2009年以后实现了长周期运行。
In PetroChina Fushun petrochemical company ethylene chemical plant, the periodic blockage of solution preheater （E-EA-105 ） in polyethylene unit was a maj or bottleneck for long period operation. Based on the analysis of blockage reasons, a series of measures were adopted, finally long period operation was realized in 2009.
