摘要
针对某选煤厂原有的重介选煤系统介质密度控制以人工控制为主,从而影响控制效果的问题,设计了一种基于模糊控制的介质密度控制系统。该系统在原系统的基础上添加了一套新的PLC和监控软件。新的PLC从原系统中的PLC中读取现场的所有数据,并采用模糊控制算法将控制参数输入到原系统的PLC中,从而有效控制合格介质桶的出口密度。实际应用表明,该系统控制效果良好,且控制方法简单。
In vie in dense-medium se control was designe w of problem of bad control effect because of manual control for medium density control paration in one coal preparation plant, medium density control system based on fuzzy d. The system adds a new PLC and monitoring software to original system. The new PLC reads field data from PLC of the original system and uses fuzzy control algorithm to input control parameters into PLC of original system, so as to control outlet density of qualified medium bucket effectively. The actual application showed that the system has good control effect and simple control method.
