浮式钻井平台主动式钻柱升沉补偿装置设计 被引量:24

摘要 针对海浪升沉运动对钻柱和钻压的影响,设计了一种海洋浮式钻井平台主动式钻柱升沉补偿装置,其以电液比例方向阀和变量泵为控制对象,实现了对液压缸活塞运动的实时控制,进而对海浪升沉造成的钻柱运动进行补偿。建立了主动式钻柱升沉补偿装置系统的数学模型,设计、搭建升沉补偿实验台实现了升沉运动和动态负载的实验模拟,并进行了阀控和泵控加阀控的主动升沉补偿实验。结果表明:主动阀控方案具有较好的补偿效果,但消耗能量较大;泵控加阀控方案能耗较低,但控制策略要求较高,补偿效果稍差。 To solve problems of the heave movement of a float drilling platform caused by ocean waves,which make a drill string reciprocate with vibration and cause a shock against the drill bit,a new type of active drill-string heave compensation system was designed.This system can achieve a real-time domination over the piston movement of a hydraulic cylinder by controlling the electrohydraulic proportional direction valve and variable pump,which can compensate the drill string movement caused by heaving of ocean waves.Meanwhile,a system mathematical model was built,and then an experimental table for heave compensation was designed and constructed to carry out simulation,with which the heave movement and dynamic load were simulated.Active heave compensation experiments with the valve control or pump-valve control were carried out under the circumstance of heave motion and dynamic load simulation.The results indicate that the active valve control can get a better compensation effect but be accompanied with larger power consumption,while the pump-valve control consumes smaller power but has a high compensation request in operation and a little worse compensation effect.
