纳米TiO_2改性聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯的研究 被引量:6

摘要 试验中以聚碳酸酯二元醇(JSH-10)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)以及二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为基本原料,用自乳化法合成了芳香族水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了纳米TiO_2加入量及加入方式、2种异氰酸酯的用量比对乳液性能及成膜性能的影响。通过热重分析(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法,测定了聚氨酯膜的耐热性能以及结晶性能等。研究结果表明较佳的合成工艺条件:反应时间为MDI与IPDI复配比为8∶2,纳米TiO_2加入量为2%~4%,且采用粉体合成的方法加入时,可得到乳液性能稳定,成膜性能好,耐黄变性能优良的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。 Using the self - emulsifying method the waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized with polyester polyol ( JSH - 10 ) and isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI), 4,4' - diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and dimethylbenzanthraeene ( DM- BA) as raw materials. The influence of dosage of nano - TiO2 , the ratio of different diisocyanate on the emulsion properties and the film performance were also discussed. TG and XRD were used to characterize the heat resistance performance and crystalliza- tion properties of the membrane. It show that better synthesis process conditions are as follows: the ratio of MDI and IPDI is 8:2, and the addition amount of nanometer TiO2 is 2%- 4% in the synthesis method of adding powder. Under the above conditions we can get the waterborne polyurethane with stable emulsion performance, film performance, and excellent anti -yellowing performance.
