急性白血病患者异基因造血干细胞移植后髓外复发的临床特点及治疗进展
摘要
急性白血病患者异基因造血干细胞移植后的髓外复发具有特殊的临床特征，治疗有别于非移植患者。认识该病髓外复发的临床特点有益于患者的早期诊治。笔者就其移植后髓外复发的流行病学、危险因素、预后、临床表现及诊断和治疗的新进展进行综述。
