替莫唑胺对高级别脑胶质瘤疗效的Meta分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较不同治疗药物在高级别脑胶质瘤手术治疗后的效果,分析评价替莫唑胺的疗效。方法利用文献检索方法收集国内使用替莫唑胺治疗高级别脑胶质瘤的文献,对符合入选条件的文献,应用Stata软件中的Me-ta程序分析替莫唑胺对高级别脑胶质瘤的疗效。结果入选文献7篇,共纳入病例438例,其中治疗组227例,对照组211例。Meta分析结果显示,合并OR值为3.70,95%可信区间为2.37~5.79,Mantel-Haenszel的固定效应模型检验结果 Z=5.75,P<0.01,表明替莫唑胺的总体疗效显著高于其他同类药物。结论替莫唑胺可作为当前阶段治疗高级别脑胶质瘤首选药物。 Objective To compare and evaluate the effects of temozolomide and other drugs in the high-grade gliomas post-surgical treatment. Methods In this literature review study, papers on temozolomide for high-grade gliomas were collected and Meta-analysis was performed using Stata software. Results 7 papers were included. Of 438 patients, 227 were in the treatment group and 211 were in the control group. The Meta analysis results showed that M-H pooled OR was 3.70 and 95% CI was 2.37-5.79, while the Mantel-Haenszel test showed that Z was 5.75 and P 〈 0.01, which indicated the effects of temozolomide was significantly better than other drugs. Conclusion At present, temozo- lomide can be used as the drug of choice for high-grade ~liomas.
