摘要
从系统工程的角度出发,结合当前发展迅速的GIS技术,对现代营房防灾减灾决策支持系统进行了探讨,设计了系统结构体系和主要功能模块,重点分析了选址防灾适宜性评价、灾害预警和灾害应急救援决策的实现,期望通过建立一套综合度高、操作性强的决策支持系统,为更有效地实现多源、动态、实时、精细的营房灾害管理和决策提供技术支持。
In view of system engineering, the disaster prevention and reduction DSS ( decision support system) for modem barracks is discussed based on the rapidly developing GIS technology. The system structure and main modules are designed. The realization of emergent rescue decision, as weU as the suitability evaluation of disaster prevention by site selection and the disaster warning, is mainly analyzed. It is expected to provide technical support for realization of the dynamic, real-time, multi-source and fine disaster management and decision for barracks, by developing a DSS with high degree of integration and easy operation.
