摘要
针对地下工程参数检测的特点,设计出一种基于Modbus协议的智能多点温湿度检测系统。该系统由智能显示仪表和远程数字传感器构成。系统本身可以完成对温湿度数据的处理和显示等操作,还可以通过串口将数据传递给计算机。智能仪表中采用双单片机系统,双机之间用I2C总线进行通信。另外,该系统还加入了防雷电和抗静电冲击的设计,充分考虑了一处从机短路故障可能引起的主机和其他从机之间的通信问题,并提出解决办法。
In view of the characteristics in detecting the data in under ground engineering , we have designed an in- telligent and muti-temperature and humidity detecting system. This system is made up of an intelligent display instrument and remote digital sensors. The system can not only deal with and display the temperature and humidity data, but also can connect with a computer based on serial communication. The intelligent display instrument has a two-MCU-system to deal with the data,and the communication method in these two MCUs is based on the I2C network. Also, this system is lightningproof and antistatic. When one digital sensor cannot be connected with the mas- ter instrument, we find some measures to avoid the communication.
