摘要
以抗冷性不同的2个茄子品种为试材,用100 mg/L的壳聚糖溶液对其进行叶面喷施处理,研究了6℃低温胁迫条件下壳聚糖对茄子幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖溶液能够有效地降低茄子幼苗的冷害指数,提高茄子幼苗受低温冷害后的恢复能力;其生理基础是壳聚糖处理增加了脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量,提高了SOD、CAT、POD和PAL的活性,从而延缓了细胞膜质过氧化,维护细胞膜系统的稳定性。
Selecting two different Chilling tolerance varieties of eggplant as experimental material,with 100 mg/L of chitosan solution for foliar spray treatment of eggplant seedings,then under low temperature stress at 6 ℃,we studied the effect of Chitosan in physiological and biochemical characteristics of eggplant seedings.The results showed that chitosan can reduce chilling injury index of eggplant seedlings effectively,improve the recovery ability of eggplant seedlings under chilling damage,improve SOD,POD,CAT,PAL activity;the physiological basis is chitosan treatmeat increased proline and soluble sugar content,thereby delayed the membrane peroxidation,and maintained the stability of cell membrane system.
