摘要
研制了一种模拟人类牙齿咀嚼运动的磨耗试验系统,可用于牙体硬组织材料磨耗试验,该试验系统包括磨耗运动机构、电力调速系统、咬合力检测系统3部分.磨耗运动机构模拟了人类牙齿对食物的咀嚼动作,既有上下牙对食物的咬合作用力,又有上下牙间的水平相对位移,采用三次多项式运动规律与正弦运动规律的组合来模拟牙齿的咀嚼运动规律;机构的电力驱动采用交流变频调速,可实现在线调速,从而实现了咀嚼频率的在线调节;采用压力传感器检测竖直方向上下牙受到的正压力,从而实现了在线检测咀嚼力的变化情况.本系统为牙体硬组织材料磨耗研究提供了较先进的试验手段,具有应用前景.
A wearing experiment system is developed which can be applied to test the wearable performance of tooth material by simulating human's chewing movements.It includes the wear device,the motor driving control system and the chewing force detection system.The wear device can simulate the chewing action in which there are both vertical occlusive force and a horizontal relative displacement between the teeth,and the chewing action is simulated by a combined cam contour with cubic multinomial and sinusoid motion characteristics.The device is driven by a frequency-conversion AC motor which rotating speed can be adjusted on line,so the chewing frequency is adjustable.The chewing force can be observed by dectecting the vertical occlusive force with a force sensor.The system provides an advanced tool for research on wearing capability of dental hard tissue materials.
