摘要
公共部门在履行公共任务过程中产出了海量信息资源。这些信息资源涉及法律、政治、文化、教育、人口、社会等与公共生活密切的领域,具有重要社会价值与经济价值。但长期以来,这些资源游离于图书馆信息组织之外。三网融合为图书馆对这些资源进行增值开发创造了条件。文章着重从信息组织的视角,对公共部门信息资源的开发利用策略进行了探讨。
Public sectors produce massive information resources during the process to perform their public duties.These information resources are closely related to various areas of public life,such as law,politics,culture,education,population,society and so on,which are of great social and economic value.But for a long period,this information is outside the scope of information organization in library.Fortunately,the appearance of triple play has provided a good opportunity for libraries to develop value-added reuse of this public sector information.Based on the perspective of information organization,this article studied the organizational strategy of public sector information.
