摘要
目的探讨发酵糙米提取物对高血脂大鼠血脂、肝脏脂类含量及抗氧化能力的影响。方法建立Wistar大鼠高血脂模型,通过灌胃不同剂量的发酵糙米提取物[100和300 mg/(kg.d)],观察对高血脂大鼠总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(High-density lipoprotein,HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein,LDL)、动脉硬化指数(Atherosclerotic index,AI)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)等生化指标的影响。结果发酵糙米提取物可显著降低高血脂大鼠血清及肝脏中TC、TG、LDL浓度和AI值,提高HDL浓度;增加血清和肝脏中GSH-Px和SOD的浓度,降低MDA的浓度。结论发酵糙米提取物对高血脂大鼠血清和肝脏的血脂水平具有良好的调节作用,且可提高抗氧化效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of extract of fermented brown rice on blood lipid,lipid content in liver and antioxidation of rats with hyperlipidemia.Methods Wistar rat model of hyperlipidemia was established.The model rats were fed with the extract of fermented brown rice at dosages of 100 and 300 mg /(kg·d) respectively,based on which the effect on total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),atherosclerotic index(AI),malonaldehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were observed.Results The extract significantly decreased the TC,TG,LDL levels in sera and livers as well as the AI of rats,while increased the HDL level.However,it increased the GSH-Px and SOD concentrations while decreased the MDA concentration in sera and livers.Conclusion The extract of fermented brown rice showed good regulatory effect on blood lipid level in sera and livers,and enhanced the antioxidation of rats with hyperlipidemia.
