摘要
目的:分析ZnF23 mRNA在卵巢癌组织和细胞中的表达情况,以探讨其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测22例卵巢癌患者癌组织和其癌旁正常组织中ZnF23表达水平。结果:22例卵巢癌患者癌组织及其癌旁正常组织标本中ZnF23相对表达量(ZnF23/GAPDH)分别为(0.2±0.15)和(1.0±0.1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌患者中ZnF23蛋白表达水平显著下降,可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有密切的关系。
Objective:To detect the expression level of zinc finger 23 mRNA in ovarian cancer tissue and cell samples investigate the relationship between ZnF23 expression and cell apoptosis.Method:The expression levels of ZnF23 in 22 cases of ovarian cancers tissue and adjacent normal ovaries were measured by real-time PCR.Results:The relation expression levels of ZnF23 mRNA in 22 ovarian cancer tissue and adjacent normal ovaries were(0.2±0.15),(1.0±0.1),respectively.There was significant difference between groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The level of ZnF23 in ovarian cancers was greatly down-regulated compared with that in the normal ovaries.ZnF23 might be a potential relation of the development for ovarian cancers.
