摘要
目的 向无后囊支撑的眼植入后房型人工晶体 ,恢复双眼单视。方法 采用巩膜缝线固定人工晶体上襻和下襻于睫状沟内的方法植入后房型人工晶体。结果 2 5例 2 5只眼 ,木后随访 6～ 4 8个月 ,平均2 4 .5个月。视力 0 .5以上者 18眼 ,0 .2～ 0 .4者 6眼 ,0 .1者 1眼。结论 采用巩膜缝线固定法植入后房型人工晶体能使患者获得更好的术后视力和恢复双眼单视 ,避免了需要配戴接触镜等引起的不便及并发症。
WT5”BZ]Objective: To implant Posterior chamber IOL in eyes of the absence of capsular surpport and obtain binocular single vision. Methods:We implanted posterior chamber IOL by fixing its upper loop and lower loop in ciliary sulcus.Results:The mean period of postoperative follow-up was 24.5 months (range 6-48 months).In 25 cases (25 eyes),postoperative uncorrected visual acuity was achieved 0.5 or better with 18 eyes,0.2 to 0.4 with 6 eyes,0.1 with l eye.Conclusions:After being implanted posterior chamber IOL with ciliary sulcu suture fixatin,the patients could obtain better postoperative acuity,recover binocular single vision and avoid disadvantages and complications from comtact lens.
